Can I file myself?
Yes. AnnuFile is a private filing service, not a government agency. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any Secretary of State or Department of State.
Minnesota (free): mblsportal.sos.mn.gov
Pennsylvania ($7): file.dos.pa.gov
Idaho (no online fee currently): sosbiz.idaho.gov
What does it cost?
No subscription. MN $49 all-in · ID $49 all-in · PA $59 all-in (includes $7 state fee, passed through to DOS when we file). Details on pricing.
How fast do you file?
Within 2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding Shabbat, yom tov and holidays). Pennsylvania 2027 pre-orders file when that window opens.
What if I cancel?
If you cancel before we file, we refund the full amount paid ($49 MN/ID, $59 PA) via the Stripe Dashboard. For PA, after DOS accepts the filing, the $7 state fee is not refundable.
Do you give legal advice?
No. AnnuFile does not give legal advice. We prepare and submit the state filing you authorize.
What is the Pennsylvania pre-order?
Pre-order. We file when Pennsylvania opens 2027 LLC annual reports (window opens January 1, 2027; LLC deadline September 30). If you cancel before we file, we refund the full $59. After DOS accepts the filing, the $7 state fee is not refundable.
