How filing will work

- Identify entity Pick your state and LLC. Official ID is optional — we look it up.
- Review information Confirm entity, filing period, data to submit, and all-in total.
- Authorize and pay E-sign authorization, then pay by card or Apple Pay on Stripe.
- Track filing We file within 2 business days and email you the state confirmation.
